Race Information: 5th Annual St. Michael Inline 1/2 Marathon
- The race starts at 7:30 am Saturday, August 13th 2011 at the old St. Michael City Hall 3150 Lander Ave. NE, St. Michael, MN 55376
- Shirts and race packets will be distributed at the old St. Michael City Hall on Race Day at 6:00 – 7:00am!
- Water will be available on the route at the start and the turnaround
- We are back with our same beautiful route. The course loops (twice) down Lander Ave NE (CR-146) the turnaround is in Hanover.
- There will be 2 Waves: an Advanced Wave, and a Fitness\Rec Wave. Both waves will have a gun start and will be timed. The Advanced Wave will start at 7:30, and the Rec\Fitness Wave will start at 7:31.
- This race will be professionally timed with a chip system by Mtec Timing. Mtec Timing
- Prizes and Awards:
- We will have trophies for the top (3) Male and Female Finishers
- We will have medals for the top (3) Male and Female Finishers
in each of the following age categories:
19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over - We will also have select awards for our Rec. Skaters.
- Cash Prizes for:
- 1st Place (M & F) = $125
- 2nd Place (M & F) = $75
- 3rd Place (M & F) = $50
- 1st Place in each of our age categories will receive a $10 Gift Card (If you win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd overall, you are not eligible for the $10 age category prizes)
- The 1st Place Winner (overall) (M & F) will have their registration fee waived for their next race. We have made this retroactive for our previous races.
